The wells were verified with Mr. Bob Stall in a site visit of March 8, 2001. That visit was
necessitated as a result of a Technical Revision that Brannan submitted to DMG for dewatering.
However, due to the change in plan to a slurry wall, the Technical Revision was not acted upon.
The following is a table of the wells within 600 feet. The wells are located in T.l S, R.67W.
Permit No. Name Use Section N/S Dist E/W Dist
153350 Bromley, Kenneth Dom 26 5W 200 S 1385 W
13843E Sandlin, Neal Irr 35 NE
3281E UNK Dom 35 NE 1682 N 1917 E
40099E Hunt, Rick Comm 35 NE
1228R Miller, Harry Irr 35 NW
36199E Zigan Sand & Gravel Comm 35 NW 2020 N 1540 W
It is our opinion that the wells will not be affected as a result of the installation of the slurry wall.
However, should any adverse damage be caused to these wells (or any existing wells that have
not been identified) that can be demonstrated to be a result of the dewatering process, Brannan
Sand and Gravel is prepared to mitigate the damage by drilling deep wells into the Arapahoe or
Laramie-Fox Hills aquifer.
If you have any questions please feel free to call.
Sincerely,
JR ENGINEERING, LLC
Tom Ha on
Senior Hydrogeologist
cc: Fred Marvel : , .
• _ ,.
_ .. ~ ~ :-:
X:U 440000.a11\1445700\Word\600ft.doc
6020 Greenwood Plaza Boulevard, Greenwood Village, CO SOl l ]
303-740-9393 • Fax: 303721-9019 • www.jrengineering.wm
