We have realized we should
increase the third area -the additional stockpiling area, and add an option to have settling
ponds in that area. We have shown the revised area on the attached map.
Fort Lupton Sand and Gravel Mine -Swingle South Pit
We would like to stockpile materials in the east half of the Swingle South Pit (about 23 acres
rather than the approximate 10 acres in the 1/30/05 TR letter). As a point of reference on
the mining plan map, there is a pipeline going north-south in the Swingle South Pit, we
would like to use the area to the east of that. At this point, we just need more area to
stockpile materials and to have additional settling ponds. As we said in the 1/30/05 TR letter,
we will not be mining that area yet, but will mine it at a later date.
There are no other changes.
If you have questions or need anything else to complete the bonding calculations and finalize
the approval for this TR, please feel free to contact me directly at 303-286-2247 or via email at
lam ayer@Igeverist. com.
Si ~erel ,
~~ --~
Lynn May Shults
Regulat Manager
cc: Dennis Fields
John Henkhaus
LM/FL-TR-Go Ida n H illOa k IeyRev 1-021506. d oc
