Preliminary review of the one <br />wpy received determined that two copies of the following items must be received before the Division can consider your <br />application as being submitted and technical review can begin: <br />APPT.TCATTTTN FnRM and F.zhihits[ The permitted operator of the Nolan Quarry is Phillips Stone <br />Company. All indicated azeas on the application form and any exhibits received must be corrected to read <br />Phillips Stone Company or Robert 7. and Frances A. Description shall be by township, range, and <br />section, to at least the neazest quarter-quarter section. A metes and bounds survey description is also <br />acceptable. Also, the street address or lot number(s) may be used. This information is available from the <br />Courtty Assessor's office or U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) maps. Names of all immediately adjacent surface owners of record shall also be shown. <br />The operation location map shall be a standazd 1:24,000 scale U.S. Geological Survey map.
