Front Range Aggregates, LLC is now the permitted operator of the Parkdale Project, and as such, <br />is responsible for all provisions in M-1997-054, as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed is American Manufacturers Mutual Insurance Company Corporate Surety Bond No. in the <br />amount of $276,700.00, and the Performance Warranty you originally provided. These were released as of the <br />July 23, 2004 Division approval for the succession of operators.
