The Division is unable to accept this document for the following: <br />The Division requires receipt of a $188.00 Technical Revision fee with the submittal of this document. <br />Please return this fee to my attention. <br />In addition, included is an example of a Weed Control Plan Technical Revision that was recently submitted and <br />approved. Please tailor your weed control plan to include information in a similar format and detail.
