(Lafarge) and our <br />consultants Banks and Gesso, LLC (B&G) have prepared the following responses to your <br />questions. Our responses are presented in the same order as your questions. In some <br />cases, the answers and/or responses to your questions can be found on the accompanying <br />attachments and or exhibits. <br />6.4.1 Exhibit A -Legal description and Location Map <br />1) The legal description of the 2.5 acres to be removed has been added to Exhibit A. <br />Exhibit B has also been updated to reflect the removal of the 2.5 acres. <br />In addition, Exhibit C -Pre-Mining and Mine Plan Map has been updated to show the <br />2.5 acres that have been eliminated from this exhibit and are shown as a separate <br />feature. <br />6.4.4 Exhibit D -Mining Map <br />2) According to a preliminary survey performed for road improvements along Old <br />Brighton Road, there is aloes-pressure distribution gas line (owned by Excel Energy) <br />located approximately 32 feet west of the centerline of Brighton Road. Overhead <br />utilities are located approximately 27 feet west of the centerline of Brighton Road. The <br />toe of the initial cut will be located approximately 20 feet (horizontal) west of the gas <br />line, and 25 horizontal feel west of the overhead utility. The depth of the initial cut <br />will be roughly 6 feet. <br />3) Since we currently do not have the detailed information necessary to complete the <br />detailed design of the slurry wall system, we will be bonding the property under the <br />100 percent option.
