Barger and T.M. Russell, d/b/a Ingleside Quarry, to engage in open <br />mining of rock and aggregate, and reclamation of the site located in <br />Section 24, Township 9 North, Range 70 West of the 6th P.M., Larimer <br />County, Colorado. <br />The approval was granted upon the following conditions: <br />1. The applicant document water rights by adjudicating the spring <br />they intend to use for water in the excavation process. <br />2.
