Exhibit E 8 L cont.
The current price of this seed mix $ .87 per pound and
Northrup Seed Company recommends seeding 12 lbs. per acre.
The total seeding cost will be $690.00 for 66 Acres. The
recommended seeding method is hand broadcasting because of the
rocky soil.
The crushing residual should average 12% of total material
moved, which, will leave us an estimated 14,000 cubic yards of
material per year. This material should be replaced at a cost
of $.16~per cubic yard, which would total $2240.00 per year at
current prices. These costs would have to be escalated annualy
depending on inflation and fuel cost increases.
This plan would be most beneficial to us as livestock pro-
ducers by creating some browse and grazing in an area that the
livestock will not even traverse in its present state.
The rocky nature of this soil will naturally retard any
excessive erosion from water run-off. There will not be any
water runoff deviation from normal. All runoff is naturally
channeled to our dam that is located at the East edge of Parcel E.
-7-
