NOTICE Albert Frei & Sons, Inc., P.O. Box 700, Henderson, Colorado (303) 289-1837, has filed an application to amend their existing Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit (Permit No. M-77-526) with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under the provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed amendment will add 50.3 to the Worthing Pit and is known as the Worthing Pit Expansion Area, located at or near Section 26, Township 1S, Range 67W, 6`h Prime Meridian. The proposed commencement date is summer 2005, and the proposed date of completion is after the year 2013. The proposed future use of the land is mixed residential and recreational.
