Resource; Bestway Paving Company; M-92-069 <br />Deaz Mr. Mount: <br />With this letter we aze requesting a Technical Revision to the above mentioned permit. <br />Enclosed are revised maps for Exhibits C and F, and a check for the application fee. <br />The following information will explain the proposed changes to the mining and <br />reclamation plans. <br />The phases in the mining plan have been reduced from eight to two. Phase one will be <br />the entire east side and Phase two will be the entire west side. This has been done to <br />simplify the mining and backfilling of the site. <br />A dewatering trench will be cut around the perimeter of each phase to facilitate the dry <br />mining. The dewatering trench is not new to this operation, just the overall location <br />around the new single phase. <br />The east end of the mining site has been revised to show the new mining limit <br />approximately 90 feet inside the original limit.
