<br />Enclosed is a copy of the Senate Bill 07-185 increasing all fees associated with Hazd
<br />Rock and Construction Materials permits. The fees have been increased by 15%. Hard
<br />Rock fees were last increased in 1999, and Construction Material fees were last increased
<br />in 2000. The current fee increase, as listed below, will be effective July 1, 2007.
<br />Fee schedule according to the "Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of
<br />Construction Materials, " 34-32.5-101, et seq C.R.S: Effective July 1, 2007.
