LaFarge West has clarified and answered all <br />staff's concerns regarding the amendment. Therefore, staff is aaarovins~ AM-01 which <br />changes the Post Mine land use and Reclamation Plan to reflect Eagle County's approved <br />plans for the Eagle County Fair Grounds Complex. <br />As part of the amendment process the costs for site reclamation have been recalculated. <br />Staff estimates that the costs for reclamation per the newly approved plans are now <br />5254,000.00. Please submit the proper Financial Warranties to the Denver Office within <br />the next 60 days. <br />With approval of this amendment, LaFarge may request the release of Area "A".
