Please <br /> submit the original signed and notarized application and one more copy <br /> of the application, plus two additional sets of the exhibits . <br /> Failure to submit the items listed above by the initial decision date of <br /> August 11 , 1 '32 will result in a decision to deny your application . You may <br /> amend your application by submitting the requested items . In accordance with <br /> Rule 1 .5, a new decision date will be established 90 days from the date of <br /> receipt of all requested items . If you have already initiated publication, <br /> you will need to republish notice which specifies the final date for receiving <br /> comments as the 20th day after the fourth republication or the next regular <br /> business day. <br /> This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical <br /> deficiencies in your application.
