Cattany <br />Division DireQor <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On July 15, 2005, the Division of Minerals and Geology received an Application for Succession of Operators, a First <br />National Insurance Co. Corporate Surety Bond No. in the amount of $48,000.00, and a $125 fee. The <br />Division is returning the Application for the following: <br />The Division requires a Transfer of Mineral Reclamation Permit and Succession of Operators Application <br />verses a Transfer of Approved Mineral Application. The correct form is for sites where a permit has been <br />issued. The other application is for sites that have been approved but the permit has not yet been issued. <br />In addition, the Division did not receive the required Performance Warranty.
