This material would come from Stage 4 - B of the above
permitted site. This would not be a significant change and will
come from a planned extraction area.
50,000 to 60,000 cubic yards will be needed. Top one foot of the
extraction area will be stripped and stockpiled. Four to Five
feet of fill material will be removed from the extraction area
with sides being sloped at no steeper than a 3 to 1. After fill
material is removed stockpiled material will be spread over area.
Planting of extraction area will be done as soon as practical
with Whitewaters current accepted seed mix. .This project should
take three to four months to complete and will start immediately.
Estimated area to be effected is twenty acres and a value of five
hundred dollars per acre is being used for bond calculations. We
will add this to our current bond as soon as final size of area
affected is determined.
Enclosed you will find copies of the maps which are-part of our
permit to show the estimated affected area.
Respectfully submitted
Whitewater Building Materials Corp.
r ~~ ,x~~
~~ ~
" Edward M.
