The surface disturbance (0.12 acre) on the DOE <br />Lease Tract will consist of a ventilation hole, access to which will be by way of existing <br />roads. <br />Therefore, as an owner of record of a portion of the affected land of this revision, Cotter <br />is supplying DOE with a copy of the Public Notice concerning the application. Also <br />enclosed is a brief summary of the revision. As the notice points out, a complete copy of <br />the application is at the Montrose County Clerk and Recorder's office.
