(Golder) is pleased to submit this summary of Phase IVb and c Construction • Quality Assurance (CQA) services performed for the Cresson Project during the period of January 5`n through January 18a'. 2003. The weather during this reporting period was clear to cloudy. Approximate daytime low temperatures ranged from 4° F to 23° F, and highs ranged from 28° F to 53° F. No precipitation was recorded during this reporting period. Weather observations were made on nine days of this two week reporting period. Construction Svnoosis Ames Construction Ina (Ames) of Aurora, Colorado is the earthworks contractor for the Phase fVb and c construction. Ames conducted Phase IVb and c construction activities on nine days of this fourteen day reporting period (January 5th through January 18'n). Construction activities conducted during this reporting period are shown in site maps of Phase IVb and IVc, located in Attachment A. Phase IVb Ames continued placement of Low Volume Solution Collection piping. Ames placed 4-inch slotted PCPE pipe in the locations defined by the plan drawings. Placement of the piping layout will continue as placement of the LV SCF material progresses to the east.
