Cattany <br />143 Urllon Boulevard Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Suite 600 <br />Lakewood, CO 80228 <br />RE: Siegrist Construction Company, Permit No. M-1982-~; Approval of Request to Perform <br />Work within the Current Approved Permit Boundaries <br />Deaz Ms. Villa, <br />Per our July 26, 2006 meeting the Division approves the operator's request to dewater the Siegrist <br />Property pits and begin grading operations necessary for the development of the portion of the <br />permit area to the north of the ponds. <br />It is the Division's understanding that the work to be undertaken includes grading of the ponds' <br />north bank, and that no grading or riprap placement will occur on the south side of the ponds. It is <br />further agreed that no slurry wall construction or other work, not approved in this letter, will occur <br />until the remaining adequacy items are addressed to the satisfaction of the Division, the required <br />bond is posted, and a permit is issued. <br />We look forward to your response to our second adequacy review.
