Nevertheless, the <br />exhibits submitted in conjunction with an application to amend a 110 permit must be properly identified and must <br />speak to the requirements of exhibits for 110 applications in order that this amendment application can be considered <br />filed. The applicant is reminded that Construction Rule 1.4(8) specifies that an applicant has sixty (60) days from an <br />Office notice of deficiencies in an application to submit all the necessary documents that the Office needs for the <br />application to be considered filed or the application will be denied and the application file terminated.
