Dear Mr. Hart:
On March 20, 1986, the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board approved the
technical revision application submitted to the Division on February 27, 1986,
addressing the final reclamation plans for the permitted area. The terms of
the revision approved by the Board are hereby incorporated into Permit No.
M-74-070. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-74-070 remain
in full force and effect.
