LIST OF WITNESSES <br /> The City may call the following witnesses: <br /> A. John Tayer, Assistant City Manager, City of Boulder. Mr. Tayer will generally <br /> address all of the City's issues- specifically the importance of denying the application and requiring <br /> the application to be submitted as an amendment which includes the berm. <br /> B. Alan Taylor,P.E.,Floodplain and Wetland Coordinator,Department ofPublic Works, <br /> City of Boulder, Mr. Taylor will testify concerning the land, groundwater and flood implications <br /> of the amendment. <br /> C. Nancy Steinberger, Civil Engineer I, E.I.T., Department of Public Works, City of <br /> Boulder. Ms. Steinberger may testify concerning the groundwater levels and the potential impact <br /> on neighboring City property. <br /> D. Mark Gershman, Environmental Planner,Open Space/Real Estate Department, City <br /> of Boulder. Mr. Gershman will testify concerning the habitat and endangered species issues. <br /> E. The City endorses the testimony of the witnesses of Boulder County and any other <br /> party objecting to the approval of the Amendment. The City reserves the right to call appropriate <br /> rebuttal witnesses at the hearing. <br /> III. LIST OF EXHIBITS <br /> A. Various studies and data concerning Ute ladies tresses orchid and Prebles Meadow <br /> jumping mouse and their existence and potential existence in the affected area and on adjacent City <br /> property, including but not limited to: <br /> 1.
