Continental Materials Corporation is <br />now the permitted operator of the Snyder Quarry, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in Permit No. M- <br />1977-210, as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed aze the following bond and the Performance Warranty you originally provided. <br />National Union Fire Insurance Company Corporate Surety $340,000.00 <br />These have been released as of the May 14, 2003 Division approval for the succession of operators.
