This listing is not intended to be exhaustive since this pre-hearing statement is being
filed prior the issuance of the final Order. This listing supersedes that set forth in Western Mobile's
June 5 pre-hearing statement.
Exhibit No. l: February 5, 1980 Boulder County Planning Division comments and approval
of Flatiron's application#AR-79-4 for construction of berm and flood control channel.
Exhibit No.2: February 11, 1980 Memorandum from the Boulder County Planning Division
Staff to the Boulder County Planning Commission regarding construction of berm to provide
flood protection for the extraction of sand and gravel deposits at the Deepe Farm Pit.
Exhibit No. 3: February 20, 1980 Boulder County Planning Department approval of
construction of berm and flood control channel in the area of the Deepe Farm Pit.
