Ce-Ly~
/ RF,CEIVE®
APR 2 7 2004
Division of Minerals & Geolop~
We received a public notice that Everist Materials LLC,
of Silverthorne, CO. has applied to change their existing
Construction Materials Limited impact (110) Reclamation
Permit to a Regular (112) Reclamation Permit. See attached
copy.
We live'in the Swan Valley-next to Tiger Road and are very
much opposed to changing this Permit. The quality of life
would be adversely impacted with all the added truck traffic
this would generate. This is also a big concern for the safety
for bikers, hikers, children and residential traffic on the
road. We feel the Permit should remain as it is now.
Please notify us of any public hearings about this matter.
Yours truely,
~~ ~~~
Georg G. Rawles
P. O.
