I <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> j Pete Lien & Sons, Inc. dba Colorado Lien Company, P.O. Box 1961, Fort Collins, Colorado 80522- <br /> 1961, has filed an application for conversion of an existing Section 110 Reclamation permit number <br /> M-77-002HR to a Section 112 Reclamation permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br /> under provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act. The existing mine is known as the <br /> Munroe Gypsum Quarry, and is located in Section 31, Township 11N, Range 69W, 6th Prime <br /> Meridian, Larimer County. <br /> The mine commenced operation in 1977, and the proposed date of completion is 2025. The <br /> proposed future use of the land is rangeland. Additional information and tentative decision date may <br /> be obtained from the Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, <br /> Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567, or Larimer County Clerk & Recorder; Larimer County Courthouse, <br /> Fort Colllins, Colorado 80521, or the above-named applicant. <br /> Written comments must be received by the Division of Minerals and Geology by 4:00 PM on //date//. <br />
