Cattany <br />Acting Division Director <br />On November I8, 2002 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Amendment application submitted to <br />the Division on March 4, 2002, addressing the following: <br />Increase permit size to 443 acres, increase affected land area to 144 acres, and revise the post-mining <br />land use to include a water storage reservoir. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division aze hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1986- <br />015. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1986-015 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $971,357.00 for the Pueblo East Pit, when added to the existing liability amount <br />of $30,850.00, exceeds the performance bond held. If you have not already done so, please submit additional bond <br />in the amount of $971,357.00.
