Affidavit -Phase 5 <br />As per the enclosed Gravel Property Lease dated May ls`, 2002, Mineral Reserves, Inc., a <br />subsidiary of the Lafarge Corporation, has legal right to enter and mine portions of Section <br />13, Range 67 West and portions of Section 18, Range 66 West, Township 1 North, 6th <br />Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado. Mineral Reserves, Inc. grants Lafazge West, <br />Inc. the legal right to enter for the purposes of mining and reclamation and the authority to <br />apply for all zoning and permits required for such operations.
