Said material is to be used in the spring of 2004 for mad
fill in a by-pass road to be constructed around the White Banks mine. Material has been
approved to be used by the USFS but finally plans have not been determined as far as
route and final design. Tree removal also needs to take place and said timber for removal
has not been marked for cutting by the USFS. No more material will be added to the
storage area. The tonnage there now is approx. 48 tons. An additional bond assessment
has been added to the existing bond to cover removal.
A new mining machine is being tested underground in the White Banks mine. This
machine injects foam into the rock causing the rock to break for easy removal. I have had
limited success with this machine. Testing is continuing. Chapman Young of Applied
Godynamics is the inventor of the controlled foam injection non-explosive excavation.
Mr. Young can be reached at 303-807-9343. The foam used in this process is non-to7tic
and 2 gallons a day would be used. The foam ingredients are stored dry and mixed when
needed for use.
Robert Congdon for White Banks Mine

JAR 1 32004 /
+4:H ~ ems, a ^d3Y
RECEOV;E®
JAN 2 0 2004
Division of Minerals and Geota;~
