BOx 3332 Division Director <br />Telluride, CO 81435 Natural Resource rrustee <br />Re: Pathfinder Pit, Permit No. M-1994-113, Technical Revision Approval, Revisioa No. TR-5 <br />Dear Mr. Doarlet: <br />On December 15, 2005 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application submitted to <br />the Division on October 11, 2005, addressing the following: <br />Importing of overburden and topsoil from ofj°site sources for use in ftlling the relocated wetland and construction <br />of a sound berm, plus adding a noxious weed control plan to the permit. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 5 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1994- <br />113.
