The DMG and BMRI shall use their best efforts to coordinate any <br />onsite activities in such a way as to minim;~e duplicatir~n. <br />B. Reports <br />All written opinions, reports, correspondence or other documents prepared by <br />the third party oversight contractor under the Agreement shall be provided to BM12I within <br />ten {10) working days of their receipt by DMG. In the event DMG assert.~c that any such <br />materials are confidential it shall within ten (10) working days of its receipt of such <br />materials, provide to BMRI written notice setting forth the nature of such materials and the <br />basis for its assertion that such materials aze confidential. <br />C. Submittal of Invoices <br />1. The Agreement requues that invoices be submitted to BMRI and <br />DMG's project manager. <br />-5- <br />
