Project Invoices will be prepared on a time and materials basis using the unit rates <br />shown in Table A-1. The upper limit of pr:eject coats, 530,000, Is estimated based on the <br />amount of time presumed avaitablo to comptote construction activities and the unit rates. This <br />upper limit will not be exceeded without prier, written approval by the DMG and BMRI. Labor <br />end reimbursable costs will be allocated to tasks to allow post-project review of costa on e <br />task•bytask basis. <br />
