<br />(b) Executed releases of liens and claims, if any, stating that atl bills <br />have been paid and no claims exist against BMItI. <br />(c) Final itemized invoice for payment. Contractor shall be paid for <br />Work performed in accordance with the Contract Documents to the date of completion or <br />termination. BMRI shall pay Contractor for actual and reasonable costs incurred by <br />Contractor as a consequence of the termination initiated by BM}2I. However, BMRI shall <br />not be liable to pay any bonus, damage or other claim asserted by Contractor for its <br />expected profit on the uncompleted portion of the Work. <br />8.4 Either DMG, BMItI or both parties together may at any tune by written <br />notice to Contractor, require Contractor to stop all or any part of the Work ibr a period of <br />up to ninety (90) days after the notice is delivered to Contractor (the "Stop Work Order"). <br />Upon receipt of the Stop Work Order, Contractor shall comply immediately with its terms <br />and take all reasonable steps to n,inimi~r the incurrence of costs allocable to the Work <br />covered by the Stop Work Order during the period of work stoppage. Within a period of <br />ninety (90) days after a Stop Work Order is delivered to Contractor, or within any extension <br />of that period to which the parties have agreed, BMI2I, after consulting with DMG, shall <br />either cancel the Stop Work Order or terminate the Work covered by the Stop Work Order <br />as provided above. Contractor shall resume Work upon cancellation or expiration of any <br />Stop Work Order. Equitable adjustments shall be made in the delivery schedule or prices <br />-16- <br />
