This issue was previously
discussed via voice mail during the week of June I2, 2000. The approval letter requests a
response from Henderson regarding piping concerns along the abandoned 2-Dam decant
system within 60 of the date of approval of TR-09. This date is quickly approaching and
Henderson feels it can more adequately respond to the Division's concerns once the 2-
Dam decant grouting project has been completed and all test results have been received.
With the Division's concurrence via voice mail on June 14, 2000, Henderson will fulfill the
requirements of Stipulation No. 4 at the same time as responding to Stipulation No. 3 (2-
Dam decant grouting project report) within 60 days of completion of the project.
Please feel free to call if you have any questions or are in need of any further information.
I can be reached at (303) 271-0107 ext. 2214.
Very truly yours,
~'
Erich Bower
Environmental Engineer
Henderson Mill
JUN i 6 2000
~,~fs;cn of fnirerals & GeolOgl7
Cc: Anne Beierle - HendersoD Mine
Mike Ley -Henderson Mill
