Final adequacy review comments, if any, will be forthcoming <br />after the end of the public comment period, which will be on December 27, 2006. Additional adequacy review comments <br />may also arise based on the applicants response to this preliminary adequacy review. <br />Because publication of public notice has been delayed, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has <br />established January 10, 2007 as the date which a recommendation for approval or denial of the application is due. <br />Therefore, your response to the following adequacy review concerns should be submitted to the Division as soon as <br />possible. <br />Rule 1.6.2(1)(g,Z General Annlicant Procedures <br />1. In accordance with this rule, please submit Proof of Publication circulated in the local newspaper and Proof of Nofice <br />submitted to all owners of record of affected lands, easement holders, and owners of record of surface lands that are <br />within 200 feet of the boundary of affected land. Proof of Publication may consist of either a copy of the last <br />newspaper publication, to include the dates published, or a notarized statement from the paper. Proof of Notice may <br />be by submitting return receipts of a Certified Mailing or by proof of personal service. <br />Rule 6.4.3 Exhibit C -Pre-Minine and Mining Plan Maza~(s) of Affected Lands <br />2. In accordance with Rule 6.4.3(b), please identify the road that borders the northwest comer of the affected land on <br />both of these maps. <br />3. In accordance with Rule 6.4.3(d), please identify the permit boundaries as well as the boundaries of the affected land <br />on both of these maps. <br />4. In accordance with Rule 6.4.3(g), please show the owners name, type of structure, and location of all significant, <br />valuable, and pertnatlent man-made structures contained on the area of affected land and within 200 feet of the <br />affected land on both of these maps.
