(Golder) is pleased to submit this summary of Phase IVb and c Construction <br />Quality Assurance (CQA) services performed for the Cresson Project during the period of February 2 <br />through February 15, 2003. <br />The weather during this reporting period was clear to cloudy. Approximate daytime low <br />temperatures ranged from -9° F to 31 ° F, and highs ranged from 19° F to 50° F. Snow was recorded <br />on February 3`d, Su', 6a', and 13'". Weather observations were made on ten days of this fourteen-day <br />reporting period. <br />Construction Synopsis <br />Ames Construction Ina (Ames) of Aurora, Colorado is the earthworks contractor for the Phase IV b <br />and c construction. Ames conducted Phase N b and c construction activities on four days of this <br />fourteen-day reporting period (February 11 through 14). During the week of February 3`~, Ames and <br />Golder personnel arrived each morning prior to the cancellation of each working shift due to adverse <br />weather conditions. <br />Phase IV b <br />Ames did not perform construction related activities within the Phase IV b area during this reporting <br />period. <br />
