Box 700 Nanual Re,awaE rn„Re Henderson, CO 80640-0700 Re: M & G Pit, Acreage Reduction Approval, Permit No. M-1986079, Revision No. AR-4 Dear Mr. Frei: I have been reviewing files that I have worked on considerably over the lest few years, and noticed that; although, the acreage reduction you requested on January 18,2004 was entered into the Division's record system that an approval letter was not generated. ^ On Marsh 21, 2005, the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology approved your request for release of a portion of the permit area from further reclamation responsibility. The permit area was reduced to 78.78 acres, through the release of 20.71 acres in this permit action.
