As requested we have revised the Draft <br />Technical Slurry Wall Specifications to include the three items listed in Mr. Sorenson's memo and <br />enclosed the applicable pages for your review. As was also requested in the memo, we have <br />enclosed a revised Reclamation Cost Estimate to account for 100% of the estimated cost of the <br />shiny wall construction. We understand that Hall-Irwin has the option of requesting a reduction in <br />the bond amount once the slurry wall in completed. <br />As a result of the MLRB Hearing held on February 2S, 2003, we have enclosed revised Mining and <br />Reclamation Plans, to incorporate Kerr-McGee' s potential future oil and gas lines and access roads <br />for Ken-McGee. <br />Please call Karen Flanders or me if you have any questions.
