Your letter of February 12, 2003 included a memo from Allan Sorenson of the DMG, regazding the draft technical specs and reclamation cost estimate. As requested we have revised the Draft Technical Slurry Wall Specifications to include the three items listed in Mr. Sorenson's memo and enclosed the applicable pages for your review. As was also requested in the memo, we have enclosed a revised Reclamation Cost Estimate to account for 100% of the estimated cost of the shiny wall construction. We understand that Hall-Irwin has the option of requesting a reduction in the bond amount once the slurry wall in completed. As a result of the MLRB Hearing held on February 2S, 2003, we have enclosed revised Mining and Reclamation Plans, to incorporate Kerr-McGee' s potential future oil and gas lines and access roads for Ken-McGee.
