Colorado. <br />This letter serves as notice of a technical revision to the 112 Permits for the five mines located in the Sunday <br />Mine Complex, the Sunday, West Sunday, Saint Jude, Carnation and Topaz Mines located in San Miguel <br />County, Colorado. Currently there are three Reclamation Permits issued by the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (DBMS) for these five mines; a 112 permit that covers affected lands from the <br />Sunday, St. Jude and Carnation, a 112 Permit that covers affected lands from the West Sunday, and a 110 <br />Permit for affected lands from the Topaz Mine (currently being converted to a 112 Permit).
