Cattany <br />Acting Division Director <br />On March 6, 2003, DMG received your application for Technical Revision No. 2 (TR- <br />02) to the Stone Gravel Pit, addressing addition of an asphalt plant to the mining and <br />reclamation plan. Payment for the S 188 application fee was received in the form of <br />check #3136, in the amount of 5188. Enclosed, please find receipt #0872 for the <br />application fee payment. <br />On March 6, 2003, DMG completed its review of TR-02 and approved TR-02. <br />TR-02 indicates that the mobile asphalt plant will be located near the crushing plant <br />and will be moved with the crushing plant as mining activities advance.
