1070 has filed an application for a Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation
Permit with the Colorado NGned Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Nfined
Reclamation Act for Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the
COOLEY RESERVOIR r~ND FLTI.TON WII.DLTFE AREA ANIENDNIENT NO. 1 - JERONIVi NS
PROPERTY, and is located in Sections 16, Township 2 South, Range 67 West, 6`h Prime Meridian.
The proposed date of commencement is mid-2003 and the proposed date of completion is 2015. The
proposed future land use is Wildlife Habitat (WL). Additional information and the tentative decision
date may be obtained from the Division of iVlinerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215,
Denver, Colorado 30203, [phone], or at the Adams County Clerk and Recorder's Office, 450
S. 4th Street, Brighton, Colorado, or the above named applicant.
