Final seeding was completed in the spring of 1997.
Section 4.15.1 (2) (d)
Suitable photographs of the reclaimed area
See Attachment A
Section 4.15.1 (2) (e)
Map of sufficient detail to determine the location of the mining activity
See Attachment B
Currently PLS holds a $97,000 reclamation bond for this site. There have been
approximately 14 acres disturbed overall, which is approximately $7000 per acre. PLS
will continue to hold a $20,000 bond for the remaining 3 acres that are currently
disturbed. Most of the 3 acres that we have not applied for release have also been
reclaimed. However, we do not wish to release these 3 acres, as they will provide
access to areas slated for future mining without further disturbance of the released
areas.
If you have any questions regarding this submittal please do not hesitate to contact me
at your convenience.
Sincerely,
Pete Lien & Sons, Inc.
Ci~
Lecia Craft
Environment Engineer
