These include the following: <br />1. Full and Final Release of all Claims <br />2. Stipulated Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice, tiled in the District Coup <br />3. Order of Dismissal with Prejudice; issued by the District Court <br />4. Satisfaction of Judgment, executed by the judgment creditor, filed wirh the court <br />clerk and recorded in the Routt County ?ecords <br />5. Release of Lis Pendens, also recorded ir. Routt County <br />6. Stipulated Motion ro Dismiss, filed with the Court of Appeals and granted by the <br />Court <br />7. Mandan issued by the Coup of Appeals confirming the dismissal with prejudice. <br />As I mentioned in my letter to Lazy of August 23, 2002, when i originally transmitted <br />man} of these documents, I am not stue that a party can unilaterally release a lis pendens. h may <br />require a court order.
