3) Concerning your question on the stability of the Suttle Ditch and whether Lafarge and <br />our consultants considered the fact that we will mine to a near 1:1 vertical slope prior to <br />backfilling to a 3:1 final slope, I have attached a letter from our consultants detailing that <br />this scenario does not impact the stability of this structure. <br />Lafarge trusts that our responses have addressed any concerns raised by the objection letter. It is <br />our belief that, other than the Suttle Ditch relocation, the other issues are actually "non-issues" <br />and should not result in any delays in approval of our amendment request.
