30-May <br />As the owner of property within the limits of the °Swan River Resource' <br />Reclamation Perm, this statement is submitted at the request of John Keller of <br />Alpine Rock Company. Mr. Keller has asked me to clarify the nature and intent <br />of physical land development of the properly controlled by Holt Investments <br />Family Limited Partnership, of which I am a controlling owner. <br />The subject property is located in Summit County, along the French Guk:h, <br />outside of Breckenridge. <br />With this statement, it is my intent to verify that: <br />The presence of dredge piles from historic mining prevented the benefiaal <br />uae of portions of our property when acquired. <br />• All grading and other recent land disturbance has been for the purposes of <br />improving the site, not commercial mining. These improvements are <br />intended to facilitate the benefraal use of the property and have inducted <br />development of outdoor yard space. <br />• The present condfion of the property is consistent with our desires as fire <br />property owner.. The property condition is also consistent with present use of <br />the property for snowmobile, sled, arxi other commerdal ad"rarities as allowed <br />by Summi!
