Cottony <br />Division Director <br />I) EXHIBITS A THRU C adequate. <br />II) EXHIBIT D <br />A) It is the understanding of the Division, that <br />there will be no mining related activities or <br />disturbance beyond the rim of the Mesa as was <br />the case in the original permit application. <br />B) The Division also agrees with the clarification <br />language you added, which states that, no <br />mining or disturbance will occur with in the <br />setback from the mesa edge and that no soil <br />stripping will occur and all trees and shrub <br />covers shall remain in place at all times. <br />C) On page 7 the operator mentions the fact that <br />that all the drainage from the quarry will be <br />controlled with small basins. It is also stated <br />that the drainage is to be directed onto land <br />
