<br />an amendment application for a Regular
<br />(112) Hard Rock/Metal Mining Reclamation
<br />Permit with the Colorado Minetl Land
<br />Reclamation Boartl under provisions of the
<br />Colorado Land Reclamation Act. The
<br />amendment to the proposed mine, known
<br />as the Sunday Mine (M-1977-285), and is
<br />located ai or near Section 13, Township 44
<br />North, Range 18 EastWes[, New Mexico
<br />Prime Meridian.
<br />The proposed date of commencement is
<br />August 1 September 5, 2007, and the pro-
<br />posed tlate of completion is August
<br />iSeptember 5, 2027. The proposed future
<br />use of the land is rangelantl and recreation.
