A - F of <br />the 2000 Mesa County Land Development Code and meets the intent of the Mesa <br />Countywide Land Use Plun. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OP THE COUNTY OF MESA: that the request For a Conditional <br />Use Permit (CUP) fur a gravel extraction, crushing stockpiling, equipment storage azea <br />and sales operation on Agricultural, Porcstry, "transitional (AF1) zoned property is <br />hereby •rpproved with the following stipulations, <br />I. A state highway access permit must be obtained prior to commencement <br />of the gravel operation. <br />2. All extraction activity must maintain a 100 foot setback from centerline of <br />Rapid Creek Road, and the Ute Water property line to the east. <br />3. The haul road crossing the Ute water pipeline shall be reinforced by the <br />petitioners to avoid any damage to the Ute Water pipeline. Any damage <br />that does occur to [he Ute Water pipeline, as a result of hauling shall be <br />repaired at the expense of the operators. (grovel pir owners). <br />4. Hours of operation must conform with Section 5.2.13.H of the 2000 Mesa <br />County Land Development Code. <br />5. No blasting allowed. <br />6. No removal of surface landscape or rip/rap material south of the Ute Water <br />Property, such removal 1}om other areas well be allowed. <br />7. The operator must conform to the operation plan, drainage control, and [he <br />reclamation and re-vegetation plan submitted to Mesa County as part of <br />this petition including hours of operation between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.nt., <br />seven days a week. <br />8. The operator must conform [o with Section 5.2.13 Mining and Extractive <br />Uses of the 2000 Mesa County Land Development Code. <br />9. All required State of Colorado permits must be acquired and evidence <br />submitted to the Mesa County Planning and Development Department <br />prior to the issuance of the conditional use permit, including: <br />
