Exhibit"E" Reclamation Plan
The finished contours of the previously approved Reclamation Plan for the "Deepe"
Pit have been revised. The most significant feature of the Revised Reclamation
Plan is the reduction in the total number of acres of exposed water surface. The
currently approved Reclamation Plan calls for the construction of five lakes totaling
38.1 acres of water surface. The Revised Reclamation Plan contains two lakes with
a total of 4.2 acres of exposed water, for a net reduction of 33.9 acres of exposed
water.
The revegetation of the Deepe Pit will be in accordance with the previously
approved Reclamation Plan. Dry land will be seeded with a mixture of native and
introduced grass species as previously submitted to the Division of Minerals and
Geology (DMG).
