(WWL's) letter of proposay for third- <br />party technical oversight at Battle Mountain Gold Company's (BMG's) San Luis Project. This <br />letter of proposal has been prepared for the Division of Minerals and Geolc~y.(DMG) as <br />requested in your October 12 letter, and with cognisance of your October 7b letter to BMG. <br />As outlined in your October 12 letter, the technical oversight would be Executed through a <br />third-party Contract with 68ttla Mountain Resources, Inc. (BMRI). with the work directed by <br />OMG. Work products and opinions by WWL are to be reported to DMG in confidl;nce. The <br />technical oversight is to be specific to the technical issues associated with the San Luis <br />Project, without interpretation of compliance with Division regulations. <br />This proposal outlines the work scope, personnel, cost structure, end schedule for execution <br />of the technical oversight. WWL's rate schedule antl resumes of proposed protect personnel <br />are included es attachments to this proposal. <br />WORK SCOPE <br />From the information in your October 12 letter and our discussions by telephone, our <br />understanding of the requested work scope is summarized below. <br />o Review the approved plan for the Sen Luis tailings impoundment system from the 112 <br />Permit end supporting documentation.
