The <br />adjacent roads are Garrett Road along the north boundary and Curtis Road on the east. <br />In addition there are power poles and underground telephone lines on the opposite sides <br />of the roads from the pit. With the exception of the existing on site well there are no wells <br />located within 200 feet of the affected area. <br />Top of finished slopes and the permit boundary are set back from the road rights-of-way <br />at least 25 feet. The required 3:1 finished slopes are flatter than the natural repose angle <br />of the materials being mined. Therefore operation of the pit in accordance with the <br />permit will not endanger the above referenced improvements. <br />Should you have any questions or desire further information regarding this exhibit please <br />give me a call. <br />TES, INC. <br />
